Boost was engaged on two fronts for the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival: digital marketing and experiential support.

On the ground, our experiential team helped bring the festival brand to life in physical spaces. Through brand ambassadors and coordinated on-site presence, we supported audience engagement, assisted with activations, and ensured the energy and tone of the festival were consistently represented across key touchpoints. Our role was not just visibility, but embodiment, making sure the brand felt present, organised, and human throughout the event.

At the same time, our digital team worked in close alignment with the on-site activity, capturing moments, interactions, and atmosphere in real time. This allowed the physical energy of the festival to carry directly into digital channels through timely content, stories, and updates that reflected what was actually happening on the ground.

By operating across both experiential and digital, we helped create a continuous brand experience. What audiences felt at the festival was mirrored online, extending the reach of the event while keeping the storytelling authentic, immediate, and connected to the live experience.
